Shipping and Delivery policy

After approved purchase, your item(s) will be ready for dispatch within 3-5 business days. It/they will be carefully packed with protective foam, bubble wrap and paper accordingly, and placed on a sturdy shipping box.

Your package will be sent under regular parcel via Canada Post. And depending on your location it could take 5-20 days to be delivered to you.

If you wish to upgrade to express shipping please contact  us at brenda@itzel.ca to discuss and arrange pricing/details.

Itzel Home & Design will provide a tracking number in the following manner:

For shipments to Canada (both regular or express) - as soon as the package is dispatched.

For USA and International shipments - depending on the size and weight of the package, we will contact you to arrange air or ground delivery, which in turn will result in either having a tracking number or not. Pricing may differ as is dealt on a case to case basis.

Itzel Home & Design will replace items that are lost in the postal system or that arrive broken:

  • If items arrive broken, Itzel Home & Design will cover the shipping cost of the replacement.

  • If items are lost in the postal system, Itzel Home & Design will replace the items at no cost to the customer but the customer will cover the full cost of shipping the replacement.

Itzel Home & Design is not responsible for delays pertaining to the postal system, either local or international. We advise our customers to place their orders well ahead of time.
